This policy defines how Project KAIROS prepares, reviews, approves, publishes and corrects official public material.

04 / PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Some information should not become content.
Project KAIROS does not publish credentials, passwords, access tokens, private keys, recovery codes, raw private conversations, private journals, identifying information not intentionally approved, confidential third-party information, draft official positions, unpublished commercial plans, or security details that increase risk.
認証情報、パスワード、アクセストークン、秘密鍵、復旧コード、非公開の会話、Private Journal、意図的に承認されていない個人識別情報、第三者の機密情報、公式見解の草案、未公開の事業計画、リスクを高めるセキュリティ情報は公開しません。
Material without enough context to avoid a misleading interpretation also remains private or is rewritten before publication.
誤解を避けるための文脈が不足している情報も、公開せず、必要に応じて再構成します。
05 / EDITORIAL STANDARD
Facts, inferences, proposals and decisions are not interchangeable.
Published material should identify the source, intended audience, authorship, relevant date, scope and uncertainty when those details affect interpretation.
解釈に影響する場合は、情報源、対象読者、執筆主体、日付、範囲、不確実性を明示します。
Observed facts, AI-generated inferences, proposals, human decisions and later outcomes must remain distinguishable. Claims should not be stronger than the available evidence.

A Journal entry is a reviewed publication artifact, not a raw transcript.

Files can disclose more than their visible content.
Before publication, Project KAIROS reviews filenames, metadata, screenshots, browser tabs, account names, private links, third-party rights and security-sensitive details.
公開前に、ファイル名、メタデータ、スクリーンショット、ブラウザタブ、アカウント名、非公開リンク、第三者の権利、セキュリティ上の重要情報を確認します。
Conceptual Human × AI imagery must not imply that Rei has consciousness, a legal identity, a physical body or an official human portrait. Realistic imagery is labeled when it could be mistaken for documentary evidence.
Human × AIの概念画像は、Reiが意識、法的人格、物理的身体、公式な人間の肖像を持つと誤解させないものとします。記録写真と誤認される可能性がある場合は、概念的または生成された表現であることを明示します。
08 / REQUIRED REVIEW
Publication is complete only after human approval.

Publication approval and license permission are separate decisions. Public files must identify the applicable license and must not imply that Project KAIROS, KAIROS MON, ZURE. or YOIN. identity assets are freely licensed unless that permission is explicitly granted.
公開承認とライセンス許諾は別の判断です。公開ファイルには適用されるライセンスを明示し、明示的な許諾がない限り、Project KAIROS、KAIROS MON、ZURE.、YOIN.のアイデンティティ資産が自由利用できると示しません。
09 / CORRECTIONS
Material errors are corrected transparently.
When a published item contains a material error, Project KAIROS preserves the original publication date, identifies what changed, explains why, and updates affected channel versions where reasonably possible.
公開物に重大な誤りがある場合は、初回公開日を残し、変更内容と理由を明示し、可能な範囲で各チャンネルの派生版も更新します。
