Material errors deserve a visible correction.

03 / WHAT IS NOT ALWAYS A CORRECTION

Change, disagreement and error are not the same.

A later change in opinion, a new project status, additional evidence, stylistic editing or disagreement with an interpretation does not automatically mean the original publication was factually wrong.

後の判断変更、新しいプロジェクト状況、追加の根拠、文章上の調整、解釈への異論は、それだけで元の公開内容が事実として誤っていたことを意味しません。

When understanding evolves, Project KAIROS may publish an update, addendum, new Journal entry or superseding AIDR instead of labeling the earlier record as an error.

理解が進展した場合は、過去の記録を誤りとするのではなく、更新、追記、新しいJournal、または後継AIDRとして記録することがあります。

04 / HOW TO REPORT AN ERROR

Where possible, provide a primary source, public record, screenshot with sensitive information removed, or a clear explanation that allows the claim to be independently checked.

05 / REVIEW AND DECISION

AI may assist. A human decides.

AI may help locate the relevant source, compare versions, identify contradictions and draft correction language. Final judgment, publication approval and accountability remain with the human Founder.

AIは、関連資料の特定、版の比較、矛盾の検出、訂正文案の作成を支援できます。最終判断、公開承認、結果への責任は人間であるFounderが担います。

Not every request will result in a correction. Project KAIROS may decline a request when the original statement is supported, the request concerns opinion rather than fact, the evidence is insufficient, or the requested change would expose private or protected information.

元の記述に根拠がある場合、事実ではなく意見に関する場合、根拠が不十分な場合、訂正により非公開情報や保護すべき情報が露出する場合は、訂正を行わないことがあります。

06 / HOW CORRECTIONS ARE PUBLISHED

Preserve history. Explain the change.

For a material correction, Project KAIROS will normally preserve the original publication date, update the page, identify what changed, state why it changed, and add a correction or update date.

重大な訂正では、原則として初回公開日を残し、本文を更新したうえで、変更した内容と理由、訂正日または更新日を明示します。

Minor typographical, formatting or broken-link fixes that do not change meaning may be made without a formal correction note.

意味を変えない誤字、体裁、リンク切れの修正は、正式な訂正注記を付けずに行う場合があります。

When a material error has been adapted to note, Instagram, X, YouTube or GitHub, Project KAIROS will correct the canonical website entry first and then update or annotate affected channel versions where reasonably possible.

重大な誤りがnote、Instagram、X、YouTube、GitHubへ展開されている場合は、公式サイトの正本を先に訂正し、その後、可能な範囲で各チャンネルの内容も更新または注記します。

07 / TRANSPARENCY

A correction is part of the learning record.

Corrections are not treated as a failure to hide. They are evidence that Project KAIROS can review claims, respond to better evidence and improve its organizational memory.

訂正は隠すべき失敗ではありません。主張を見直し、より良い根拠に応答し、組織の記憶を改善できることの証拠として扱います。
