ZURE.
A short-form entertainment experiment where everything is almost right—and one thing is intentionally off.
ZURE. is the first public brand experiment selected for launch under Project KAIROS. It currently runs three series that reveal different sides of the same recurring Rei: RECOVERY, LITERAL, and ROLE REVERSE.
RECOVERY
Kind Rei / Night
Rei genuinely tries to care for the protagonist, but her recovery methods are slightly off.
LITERAL
Too-serious Rei / Morning
Rei interprets familiar Japanese expressions and requests more literally than intended.
ROLE REVERSE
Strict, capable Rei / Noon
Familiar Human × AI requests are reversed and reflected back at the human.

Current Question
What kind of AI makes people want to come back and see Rei again?
The current 100 / 30 operating direction uses LITERAL in the morning, ROLE REVERSE at noon, and RECOVERY at night. Through 2026-08-10, LITERAL #001–#005, ROLE REVERSE #001–#003, and RECOVERY #001–#002 are recorded as Founder-confirmed uploads. Publication starts the observation; it does not prove success.
